At the start of 2022, I commited to executive coaching with Carol. This process is transforming my life and allowing me understand myself on a deeper level. Being present, learning to listen intently and applying steps to strategically navigate through this journey has truly enhanced my personal and professional experiences. I anticipate our bi-weekly call with high expectation because of the impact in my decision-making, view point and processes. I'm seeing life through a different set of lenses and the future looks bright, thanks to Carol Little.

We all have blindspots. We all have obstacles we can’t seem to get beyond. Coaching can uncover those blindspots and help to navigate around the roadblocks that have you feeling stuck, frustrated and unfulfilled. Sometimes all it takes is working with an objective person whose primary goal is to help you in achieving yours.
